Food Margins: Lessons from an Unlikely Grocer

For our Food, Farms, and Factories series, local author, Cathy Stanton, discusses her new book, Food Margins: Lessons from an Unlikely Grocer at the Montague Center Library. Cathy Stanton is a writer and anthropologist who stumbled into the grocery business as part of a community effort to save a small food co-op in Orange. This presentation and conversation shares what she learned - and where she thinks the “local food” movement should go next.
